Yamaha MGX16 is a 22-channel digital mixing console designed for live sound, events, streaming, recording, presentations, rehearsal, and professional audio production. It combines a 4.3-inch touchscreen with 16 physical faders, flexible analog I/O, powerful onboard DSP, Bluetooth audio, USB multitrack recording, and microSD recording in a compact portable format.

Intuitive Digital Mixing
The MGX16 combines a 4.3-inch touchscreen with 16 physical 60 mm faders, 16 SEND knobs, and five rotary encoders. This gives operators direct hands-on control while keeping advanced digital mixing functions accessible through the touchscreen interface.
Flexible Input and Output Configuration
The console provides 8 XLR/TRS combo microphone/line inputs, 4 TRS line inputs, and 4 RCA line inputs. Its 22-channel mixing architecture supports 8 mono channels, 4 stereo channels, a Sound Pad channel, and 2 FX return channels. Outputs include 2 XLR and 8 TRS connections, plus four headphone outputs.
Powerful DSP Processing
The onboard DSP provides a wide range of processing tools for live and production workflows, including Gate, Compressor, EQ, Sweet Spot Morphing Channel Strip, Guitar Amp Classics, Pitch Fix, Ducker, Multiband Compressor, Compander, Delay, and REV-X.
USB Multitrack Recording
The USB MAIN connection supports up to 22-channel recording and playback at up to 32-bit / 96 kHz. USB SUB provides 2-channel recording and playback at up to 16-bit / 48 kHz. This makes the MGX16 suitable for computer-based recording, playback, streaming, and production.
Standalone microSD Recording
The built-in microSD card slot supports recording of up to 16 tracks at 44.1/48 kHz or up to 8 tracks at 88.2/96 kHz, with 2-track playback. This allows standalone multitrack recording without requiring a computer.
Bluetooth Audio
Bluetooth 5.0 with A2DP provides wireless stereo audio input from compatible devices for playback, presentations, background music, and content-production workflows.
