The Sennheiser e 845 is a dynamic super-cardioid vocal microphone designed for lead vocals and speech in demanding live performance environments. Featuring an extended high-frequency response and high output level, the e 845 delivers exceptional vocal clarity, projection, and presence while maintaining a smooth, natural tonal balance.
Its super-cardioid pick-up pattern provides excellent isolation from surrounding sound sources and superior gain-before-feedback, making it ideal for loud stages. The vocal microphone shall be a dynamic super-cardioid microphone designed for professional speech and vocal applications. The microphone shall provide excellent feedback rejection, consistent on-/off-axis response, low handling noise, and high output performance for demanding live stage environments.
The microphone shall have a frequency response of 40 Hz – 16,000 Hz and a sensitivity (free field, no load) of 1.8 mV/Pa at 1 kHz. Nominal impedance shall be 350 Ω with a minimum terminating impedance of 1 kΩ.
The microphone shall feature a rugged all-metal housing, shock-mounted capsule, integrated hum-compensating coil, and a balanced 3-pin XLR connector.
Dimensions shall be Ø 46 × 185 mm (1.81″ × 7.28″). Weight shall be 330 grams (11.64 oz).
