Description
The Sennheiser e 904 is a professional dynamic cardioid instrument microphone specifically designed for drums and percussion. Its compact body, integrated stand mount, and universal rim clip allow quick, secure positioning on toms and snare drums without interfering with the drummer’s performance.

The instrument microphone shall be a dynamic cardioid microphone designed for drums and percussion. The microphone shall feature a compact design with an integrated stand mount and a universal rim clip for fast, secure mounting to drum rims.
The microphone shall have a frequency response of 40 Hz – 18,000 Hz and a sensitivity (free field, no load) of 2.0 mV/Pa at 1 kHz. Nominal impedance shall be 350 Ω with a minimum terminating impedance of 1 kΩ.
The microphone shall feature a rugged reinforced metal housing, shock-mounted capsule, integrated stand mount, and provide a balanced 3-pin XLR connector.
Dimensions shall be Ø 41 × 63 mm (1.61″ × 2.48″). Weight shall be approximately 125 grams (4.40 oz).
