Built-in triple-camera system with 50MP resolution
MeetingBoard Pro features three 50MP cameras: one wide-angle camera with a 1/1.56-inch Sony sensor and two telephoto cameras with 1/2-inch Sony sensors. This setup delivers high-resolution imaging across different focal lengths, with natural colors, low noise, and HD image quality. An automatic physical privacy shutter protects user privacy when the cameras are not in use. The system also supports the external MB-12X Pro PTZ camera, offering optical zoom for long-distance tracking and lossless 4K zoom for close-ups.
AI-powered camera tracking for immersive meetings
Powered by a dedicated AI video processor, MeetingBoard Pro supports auto framing, speaker tracking, Picture-in-Picture (PIP)\*, IntelliFocus, Video Fence, and Audio Fence. These features provide fast, seamless tracking for a smoother meeting experience. IntelliFocus displays close-ups of the most recent active speakers alongside a panoramic view of participants at the bottom of the screen, helping more people stay visible and engaged. Video Fence creates virtual meeting boundaries in semi-open environments to prevent non-participants from being mistakenly tracked.
AI-enhanced audio with professional sound quality
A built-in 16-microphone array, stereo speakers, and dedicated AI audio processing chip deliver clear voice pickup, noise cancellation, and reverberation reduction. Supporting full-duplex calls with a 12-meter pickup range, MeetingBoard Pro captures voices throughout the conference room. Intelligent noise cancellation reduces distractions from keyboard typing, doors opening or closing, and chairs moving, while reverberation reduction improves clarity in rooms with glass walls. It also supports external wired and wireless desktop microphones and ceiling microphones to extend pickup coverage in larger spaces.
Intelligent whiteboard with ultra-low-latency writing
MeetingBoard Pro supports simultaneous writing by two users, including one user writing while another erases, without interference. Palm rejection keeps content clean and precise. The four-level stylus provides smooth, paper-like writing, with the pen tip for writing and the pen tail for erasing. Gesture controls support drawing and palm erasing, while intelligent charts, shapes, image insertion, and sticky notes make collaboration more dynamic.
Open ecosystem with flexible multi-platform conferencing
MeetingBoard Pro supports leading video conferencing platforms, including Microsoft Teams and Zoom, along with other certified platforms. Its USB peripheral mode (BYOD) lets users connect a computer and use the device as an external display and audio system for a larger-screen meeting experience. It also supports an OPS module running Windows to meet specialized application needs in sectors such as education and manufacturing.
